Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia was born in Canada and is most well-known to Canadians for her role as a Canadian actress on the Freeform fantasy show Shadowhunters. Also, she appeared in Venevision telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea and a'que te love. Emeraude Toubia is also an accomplished model and dancer. Born in Montreal, she was born in Texas. She has always been a performer. Since her early years she's been learned a range different styles of dancing. As she reached the age of 15 old, she started participating in beauty pageants. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia rose to fame when in 2008, she appeared as competing in Nuestra Belleza Latina season two of Univision's beauty pageant. In 2010 she played the receptionist for Telemundo television show Aurora. Toubia was in the 2015 action thriller Tattooed Love, her debut film.
