Suzanne Pleshette worked as an actor and voice artist throughout the United States. In the course of her almost five decades of career, she had accumulated over a hundred credits on her record. Pleshette started her acting career with her first stage show in New York on stage, before moving on to film. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 'Rome Adventure,' 'The Birds,' 'Fate Is the Hunter', If It's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium', and Support Your Local Gunfighter. She has also appeared in several television shows and films. Pleshette has been nominated four time for Emmy Awards and twice for Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was also nominated, was awarded the Laurel Award for 'The Birds" in 1963. The death of Pleshette in 2008 was the cause of a posthumous award of a Star along the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
