Barber defeated Montana De La Rosa by unanimity during UFC Fight Night 205 held on April 23, 2022. Barber fought Jessica Eye in UFC 276 on July 2nd the 2nd of July, 2022. She was a replacement for Casey O'Neill. The fight was also won with a unanimous decision. Her contract ended with UFC after the fight, however, Barber signed a new contract in subsequent times. Barber beat Andrea Lee in her last fight on March 25, 2023 in UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by the majority of a vote.
