Barber was then promoted to Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2, 2022, and faced Jessica Eye. Barber won the fight unanimously. It was also the last fight of Barber's contract with UFC. Barber resigned her contract in the following year. Barber beat Andrea Lee in her last fight on 25th march 2023 at UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by a majority vote.
